The Caledonian is considered the most luxurious downtown ski-in/out Park City condos. While in the heart of Park City, right on Main Street, we are ski-in/ski-out (50 FEET to the lift!) for Park City Mountain Resort. Butchers Chophouse & Bar, located on the lobby level of The Caledonian, is a great restaurant open for lunch and dinner that serves wonderful steaks, chops, poultry, seafood, and vegetarian dishes, along with an extensive wine selection. We are a 10-minute walk from over 50 restaurants & bars and great shopping, and we have secure underground parking. The location is ideal for the Sundance Film Festival and Park City summer activities, including golf, hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing, horseback riding, sailing, boating, windsurfing, and water skiing -- all within 15 minutes. You are also right on the free Park City bus line, which stops at The Caledonian.

The living room on our first inside our condo includes a pool table, gas fireplace, massive UHD OLED TV, leather seating, and much more. It's a hub of relaxation and entertainment for your stay.
Our lower balcony includes our private, 7 person hot tub and wonderful, modern, patio furniture. The views are... remarkable.
The Caledonian right right on Main Street and just 50 feet from The Town Lift at Park City Mountain Resort. The location is ideal during both summer and winter.
Our living room includes a wrap around sofa done in supple Italian leather, enormous UHD OLED TV, gas fireplace, and much more.

The "Lost Cowboy" back wall adds a incredible texture and a gorgeous patina that adds to the relaxing atmosphere.
The dining table seats 10 and has wonderful views of Park City Mountain Resort.
The kitchen is gorgeous whether just pouring your coffee of preparing an elaborate meal. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with 5 burner gas stove, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, and wonderful dishwasher, silverware, and a wide array of barware.
Views from the our upper balcony are wonderful and a great place to relax and soak in the views and activity.
The Caledonian is right on Main Street so you have luxury, are ski-in/ski-out, and walking distance to over 50 restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, art galleries, and more!
The Caledonian is in "Old Town" Park City and is warm, inviting, and authentic. The old silver mine aerial tram towers, now protected as historic landmarks, still dot the slopes.

The Caledonian is THE place to be -- right on Main Street, right by the Town Lift, the ski bridge, ski-in/ski-out for Park City Mountain Resort, and just minutes from Deer Valley Resort.
The kitchen was renovated in 2023 and has a relaxing, modern, mountain esthetic.
As you look across the living room towards the kitchen in the open floor plan layout, you see the full wrap around Italian leather sofa (with dense memory foam mattress) and two leather recliners. We used to have just one recliner... but there was too much fighting so we had to buy a second!
As you look from the kitchen island towards the living room you'll have no problem watching your favorite shows on our massive UHD OLED TV.
The dining area looks out on our lower balcony with great lighting and great views.
The king size pillow top bed in the master bedroom is incredible comfortable and has great lighting and great views.
As. you look across the king size pillow top bed in the master bedroom you see your incredible views and lighting and access to your private upper level balcony.
The master bath includes his and hers sinks (looking towards the bedrooms).
The full master bath includes a huge, glass-enclosed, European style shower with dual shower heads and large soaking tub.
The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor of our condo includes two queen size pillow top beds as well as an ensuite bath. The 2nd bedroom also has direct access to our private 2nd floor balcony.

The glass enclosed shower in the second bedroom is huge and has wonderful bench seating.
As you get to the top of our interior staircase the master bedroom is on your left and the second bedroom is on your right.
Our interior staircase between our first and second floor not only allows the 2,200 sq ft to be spacious but eliminates noise from the kitchen and living room areas if people upstairs want to sleep in.
The Caledonian is on your left and you are looking directly up the Town Lift Ski Lift as it rises up Park City Mountain Resort.
The queen size pillow top bed in the first floor bedroom has direct access to the 3/4 bath on the first floor. The room also has a 4K TV and ample storage.
The 3/4 bath on the first floor includes a gorgeous, subway tiled, glass enclosed shower with steamer.
Next to the pool table is an area to sit and relax as you wait your turn. Our laundry room is just to the right with full size, high capacity, HE washer and dryer.
The Town Lift for Park City Mountain Resort is just 50 feet from The Caledonian.
The ski lift and ski bridge are what make The Caledonian truly 100% ski-in/ski-out yet right on Main Street in the heart of Old Town Park City.
The ski bridge brings you right back to The Caledonian from the trails of Park City Mountain Resort. This also provides easy hiking access in the summer.
