However, there are still convenient and easy ways to access the slopes during these times. To account for this, our start and end-of-season rates are lower and reflect the potential unpredictability of direct ski-in/ski-out access. Also, please be aware that breakfast and Après-ski amenities may not be available during the season's first or last two weeks.
This BRAND NEW (2023 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the Silver Strike Express chairlift) to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and a Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run, rated a beginner (green) trail, so any skiing ability will get you home!
Argent is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences in Deer Valley. Construction finished in early 2023, and our condo is regarded as one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our over 2,000-square-foot condo includes three bedrooms (all with king-size beds) and all with full ensuite baths.

The living room also has a pull-out sofa (queen-size with dense memory foam mattress) that sleeps 2.

The dining table in our open floor plan condo comfortable seats up to 10 and is just off of the kitchen. The sleek and modern esthetic and honed with gorgeous wood and sweeping light fixtures adding a mountain theme.
The year-round outdoor spa pool is an incredibly gorgeous place to sit out and relax after a long day of skiing, hiking, or exploring. The spa pool is between the ski lift and fitness center with views of both... along with views of Deer Valley.
The lower level gaming area and two lane bowling alley is a fun place to hang with friends. We have bowling shoes and balls ready for you.
The two lane bowling alley includes a fully automated and electronic scoring systems.
The eat in kitchen island includes seating for four.

The view from the master bedroom is spectacular. You wake up in your king bed with pillow top mattress and can issue your own conditions report regarding snow, grooming, or the weather for summer hiking. Please note -- all three bedrooms have a view so some may have their own conditions report!

Argent at One Empire Pass and several of the Deer Valley trails that lead to it for great skiing or wonderful summer hiking.
The Silver Buck Run is what will bring you back to Argent for lunch, a quick change of gloves, or returning to our ski valets to help you get your gear off.
Our dining table is a wonderful gather spot to plan your day or enjoy your meals with seating for up to 10 people.

All of our bathrooms include some of the finest amenities. We've done away with the tiny plastic bottles which produce way too much plastic and include top-of-the-line spa-oriented products.

The owner's lounge on the first floor has a gorgeous table where owners and guests can swap stories of the day or make plans for the evening or tomorrow. Breakfast and apres-ski are served during the winter ski season.
In the owner's area ski lounge and ski prep areas you'll have plenty of room or store your gear just steps from the ski lift.

The ski deck is on the top (sixth) floor of the building and provides gorgeous views of Deer Valley. The ski deck includes a small onsite library.
We participate in the Rocky Mountain Power Blue Sky program and all of our electricity is from renewable sources - wind and solar.
