This BRAND NEW (2023 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the Silver Strike Express chairlift) to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and a Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run, rated a beginner (green) trail, so any skiing ability will get you home!

Argent is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences in Deer Valley. Construction finished in early 2023, and our condo is regarded as one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our over 2,000-square-foot condo includes three bedrooms (all with king-size beds) and all with full ensuite baths.

The appointments in the bedroom suites:

Master bedroom -- King-size bed with pillow-top mattress. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming. Amazon Echo Show. Huge walk-in closet. Automated privacy and room-darkening shades. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, T3 ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor.

Second Bedroom -- King-size bed with pillow-top mattresses. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu live TV. Amazon Echo Show and automated privacy shades. Ensuite full bathroom with glass-enclosed shower and T3 ionic blow dryer.

The living room also has a pull-out sofa (queen-size with dense memory foam mattress) that sleeps 2.

    “Excellent!! This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and attention to detail. The unit is awesome, very clean, plenty of room, well stocked from throw blankets to kitchen supplies and lots of extra creature comforts. Honestly, the location is so good the host would have to do very little to rent it, but the unit is so nice you can tell the host clearly wants people to feel at home and pampered here. The beds were so comfy I asked where all of bedding came from so I could order! This place is located literally right next to the Town lift, has garage parking and a fantastic steak house downstairs. I can’t imagine finding a better spot in PC.”

Just walk out the building and you are on Main St. Park City. We enjoyed the restaurants and Park Silly Sunday (the street is closed to traffic). We had an easy drive to the Sundance area for a good 7 mile hike. It was the perfect weekend. Thank you for the hospitality!”
