This BRAND NEW (2018 ski season) luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access (via the Silver Strike Express chairlift) to the world-renowned Deer Valley resort, a venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics and Ski Magazine's top-ranked ski resort in North America. Access is via the Silver Buck ski run which is rated a beginner (green) trail so any skiing ability will get you home!

One Empire Pass is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium residences in Deer Valley. Construction finished in 2018, our condo is considered one of the most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos in the building. Our condo is 1,250 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms both with ensuite full baths.

The appointments in the bedroom suites:

Master bedroom -- King size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, Drybar Buttercup professional ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor. Flat-screen smart TV with streaming and Hulu live TV. Amazon Echo Show, huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and automated privacy and room-darkening shades
