BRAND NEW as of 2022 - Exclusive Ski-in/ski-out access for Park City Mountain Resort.

Kings Crown has a very unique "ski tower" that includes our private ski equipment locker where you can store your ski gear (room for four sets of gear). It's a short 90 *second* walk from our condo to the ski tower. You take the elevator up the ski tower to get your ski gear. You take the elevator one floor higher to the owner lounge with coffee and snacks in the morning and an Après-ski at the end of each ski day (starting at Christmas and going until the end of the ski season). Then back in the elevator and up one more level, and the elevator doors open right out onto our own private ski trail - Crown's Way. Pop on your skis or board, and off you go. From there, it takes 3-5 minutes to get down to the PCMR resort center and the main lifts and lift ticket office. Those lifts include Payday Express, Crescent, First Time, 3 Kings, and Eagle.

* >> Please note<< Due to unpredictable weather conditions, ski-in/ski-out access cannot always be guaranteed during the early or late parts of the season. Often, it is not until mid-January that Park City Mountain Resort has our ski access trail open. However, there are still convenient and easy ways to access the slopes during these times. To account for this, our start and end-of-season rates are lower and reflect the potential unpredictability of direct ski-in/ski-out access. Also, please be aware that Après-ski amenities may not be available during the season's first or last two weeks.

This BRAND NEW for the 2022 ski season luxury condominium offers SKI-IN/SKI-OUT access via the private Kings Crown ski tower - a 90 *second* walk from our condo - to the world-renowned Park City Mountain Resort. Ski/riding access is via the Crown's Way private ski run (adjacent to King's Crown trail), rated an intermediate (solid blue) trail.

Kings Crown is considered one of the most luxurious and best-appointed private luxury condominium on-mountain residences in Park City. Construction finished in 2022, and our condo is considered one of the building's most nicely appointed and tech-rich condos. Our condo is 1,725 square feet and includes 2 bedrooms, both with 2 ensuite fall baths.

The appointments in the bedroom suites:

Master bedroom -- King-size bed with a pillow-top mattress. Ensuite full bathroom with oversized glass-enclosed shower, soaking tub, T3 ionic blow dryer, backlit makeup mirror, and heated floor. 65" Samsung flat-screen smart TV with Hulu Live TV. Amazon Echo Show, huge walk-in closet, gas fireplace, and more.
